S.A.F.E. Youth

Building Confidence for our youth through learning boxing skills in a positive environment

S.A.F.E. Youth

The S.A.F.E Program was created to help children and young adults who may feel they don’t ‘fit’ the required mould bestowed on them by modern society.

S.A.F.E’s Goals:

  •  to develop inner strength through tapping into their own intuition
  •  to develop confidence and resilience to face life’s challenges in ways which lead to positive outcomes
  • to be able to diffuse situations should they arise, whilst having the confidence to not partake

Students learn disciplined techniques through the fundamentals of boxing, kickboxing and weight training. Through learning and following the philosophy of these sports (many would rather call them a way of life 😊) the goal is to influence daily lives as these principles and disciplines can help with focus, academic discipline, attention, goal-setting and social skills.
